Mole is committed to maintaining its excellent health and safety record.

It is our policy to use only directly employed staff wherever possible. All directly employed staff are required to undertake a comprehensive in-house health and safety training programme.

Detailed risk assessments are carried out for each contract. These, along with health and safety statements, work programmes and method statements for the contract, are available upon request.

All staff are fully health and safety trained and all plant operators hold a valid CPCS card for the category of plant they drive.
